At Aurenna, we’re committed to providing a luxury shopping experience. That’s why we offer all customers free returns within 30 days, with no return shipping fees! So, shop with confidence!
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in original condition, showing no wear or damage, along with the original tags and packaging.
- The 30-day return period starts the day you receive your item. After that, returns are no longer eligible.
- Items from sets cannot be returned individually, they must be returned as a whole set.
- We can't accept returns for custom-made items like engraved and monogrammed products. These items are specially crafted for you.
Return Steps:
Customer
Step 1: Log in to your Aurenna account, go to "Orders", find your order, and click "Return".
Step 2: Email us a photo of the item along with your order number at returns@aurenna.com.

Once we receive your return request and email, we’ll review it. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label within 48 hours.
Customer
Please check your email promptly. Once you receive the prepaid shipping label, take your return package to the nearest drop-off location.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
