Foreign Transaction Fees

Aurenna does not impose any extra fees beyond your total order amount. Any additional charges would be from your bank, particularly if they classify us as a foreign entity since we are based in the U.S. These international transaction fees are determined by your bank and are not within our control. Gold-plated jewelry is typically made from a base of S925 sterling silver that has been treated with a layer of gold, while sterling silver jewelry is made from pure silver. While reactions to allergies vary from person to person, both sterling silver and gold-plated jewelry are generally less likely to cause allergic reactions. The enclosed bags provided with the packaging can be used to keep your items apart, preventing oxidation and loss of luster. Proper cleaning is essential, and the soft, non-abrasive cloth provided with the packaging can help you with daily cleaning.
